Can I choose the day or time of my appointment(s)?

Because our availability is limited and we frequently have a waiting list, we cannot guarantee availability for a particular date or time. However, you will receive notification before each scheduled appointment and they will generally occur at the same day and time once you are on our schedule. If you need a particular service scheduled for a particular date and time, please let us know 2 to 3 weeks in advance and we will do our best to meet your request. Likewise, if you will be occupying your home and do not want our company to schedule any services, please give us the dates at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance.

How will you gain access to my home if I am not at home?

Most of our clients provide us with a key. Your key will be kept in a secure location, and it will not have your name or address on it. If you choose not to leave us a key, you can either give us the code to the garage door or hide a key for us. Keep in mind, if you choose not to give us a key and we are not able to access your home for your given appointment, you will be charged a $100 lock out fee.

Will I need to sign a contract?

You will need to sign a Property Management Agreement. This spells out what services our company is responsible for and also our expectations of you. This Management Agreement also spells out exactly how to terminate the agreement and details the required notice (30 days). We reserve the right to cancel your services at any time, and you also have that same right. Having a signed Management Agreement helps us to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership with each of our clients.

What if something is damaged during my cleaning appointment?

Due to our PRISTINE cleaning, our staff will touch nearly everything in your home. We are as careful as possible; however, accidents happen from time-to-time. If something does get damaged while cleaning your home, the cleaning team will leave you a note if you are not home or inform you if you are home. The owners of the company will also follow up with an email or phone call to determine the best course of action to take.

We do our best to repair or replace anything that is damaged during your cleaning. However, we know some things are irreplaceable. Therefore, the safest course of action is to store away any precious or sentimental items on your cleaning day, or instruct us not to clean such items.

Pristine Reflections is not responsible for damage due to faulty or improper installation of items. Please inform us immediately if any items in your home are loose or damaged so we can make sure to stay clear from them. Examples would include the following: broken or improperly installed blinds, tiles, curtain rods, loose carpet, etc.

What if I have pets?

All of us at Pristine Reflections—owners and team members—love animals. The majority of our clients have pets. We are happy to clean with your pets at home. However if you have aggressive animals, we ask that you secure your pet while we are cleaning. We are happy to clean around friendly pets. Please keep in mind, that we do not clean up animal waste.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept Zelle and Venmo payments. Please make checks payable to Pristine Reflections. Payment is due at the completion on each cleaning.
