Michael and Amber have been cleaning my parents' house every two weeks for the last year. They began cleaning my parents' home when their previous house cleaner stopped communicating with them and no longer  showed up to clean.

Michael and Amber are prompt, keep their appointments, and are very particular about cleaning for my elderly parents. Their courteousness and respectful treatment of my parents are extraordinary.

They notice details that they bring to my attention, such as a ceiling fan that was running hot and needed to be replaced.

They are conscientious and make a real effort to get to know my parents. My mother has some early dementia, so they take extra time to be sure she is comfortable with them.

They brought flowers to my mother when she fell to "lift her spirits" and remembered my parent's wedding anniversary with a card.
