Meet Our Trustworthy Team
Our Hiring Process
We only hire individuals we have personally known before hiring them
This ensures our team has the same values—honesty, integrity, respect and compassion
Paying our employees a living wage with generous raises results in low turnover
Our new employees clean together with the owners for the first two months of training
This provides consistent results with each cleaning
The owners continue to work alongside our employees, leading to a great team spirit
From left to right: Michael, Amber, Kylie, Abigail and Erin, our team of Pristine Cleaners!
Erin originally hails from the Knoxville, Tennessee area. She moved to the Charleston area in 2013, and we have been friends ever since then. Erin was the first Pristine Cleaner we hired and trained in the summer of 2015. She has been helping us earn rave reviews since day one, helping us to win the Angie's List Super Service Award in 2015, 2016, & 2017! Erin has a bright, optimistic personality and a very warm demeanor. Everyone who knows her would describe her as a people person. However, she also loves animals, and our clients love the attention their pets receive from Erin. Like the rest of our team, Erin spends some of her free time volunteering in the community.
Abigail has been with our team since the beginning of 2017. Clients love her friendly disposition and caring demeanor. And our clients often rave that Abigail cares about pets as much as she cares about taking care of your home. Abigail enjoys traveling with her husband and volunteering in the community. One of her goals is to pursue her volunteer work to a greater extent. We have enjoyed having Abigail as part of our team, and we know you will love her help in taking care of your home.
Kylie is a lowcountry native. She loves animals and cleaning. We have known her and her family for quite some time, so we were excited when she wanted to join our team back in the Spring of 2018. Like the rest of our team, Kylie enjoys spending her time volunteering. In fact, Kylie devotes 70 hours each month to a volunteer ministry in her local community. When she is not cleaning or volunteering, Kylie enjoys traveling and meeting new friends.
